What you will do

• Manage and maintain Sales Orders within the SAP system.
• Execute established Revenue Operations procedures to support the full revenue lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to drive process improvements.
• Resolve operational inquiries and address data discrepancies.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system.
• Support reporting, audits, and data validation efforts.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR/EAR compliance)
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar operational role.
• Proven expertise in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
