Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia (Work from home Monday and Friday, office-based other days)

What you will do

• Own product strategy and end-to-end feature delivery for the expansion of US personal loans.
• Collaborate with data science to integrate proprietary credit models into production for real lending decisions.
• Design and build automations to significantly increase the efficiency of the operations team.
• Leverage LLMs to intelligently enhance customer service, servicing, and collections.
• Optimize customer journeys through A/B testing to improve conversion, satisfaction, and repayment rates.
• Improve the post-origination experience, including payments and customer support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Virginia/DC area) for hybrid work.
• 3+ years of experience in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, with at least 1 year in a PM role.
• 1+ years of experience in fintech or financial services, with a strong grasp of lending and credit.
• Proven experience building with AI, including agents, workflows, and code generation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis to generate independent insights.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping products that move key business metrics.
