What you will do
- Build and maintain the integrated Germany transition roadmap, critical path, and readiness dashboard.
- Facilitate current-state and future-state process mapping across the end-to-end direct operating model.
- Coordinate the establishment of future supply, logistics, and distribution models, including 3PL onboarding.
- Manage the distributor exit and handover plan to protect customer continuity and revenue.
- Coordinate business requirements and implementation dependencies across ERP, CRM, and finance tools.
- Establish project governance and prepare steering committee materials for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading complex cross-functional transformations.
- Proven track record in distributor-to-direct transitions, market entry, or operating-model implementation.
- Ability to move projects from ambiguous strategy through detailed design, testing, and go-live.
- Strong operational judgement across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Legal requirements.
- Fluent professional English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience in pharma, medtech, or healthcare industries.
- Prior consulting, transformation-office, or interim project leadership experience.
- Experience implementing 3PL, ERP, CRM, or order-to-cash capabilities.
- Formal certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
