What you will do
- Acquire new customers and pursue sales projects within the MEA region.
- Define and implement regional sales and marketing strategies for identity products and services.
- Manage and develop an effective regional sales and operations team.
- Establish and control a network of sales partners and distributors.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage large account relationships.
- Coordinate with pre-sales consultants and business lines to build a robust sales funnel.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2G or complex solution sales, ideally in identity, security, or IT systems.
- Proven track record in government tenders and large project sales within the MEA region.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including forecasting and margin management.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or French proficiency is a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
- Solid network and deep understanding of Middle East and Africa markets.
