What you will do

• Acquire new customers and pursue sales projects within the MEA region.
• Define and implement regional sales and marketing strategies for identity products and services.
• Manage and develop an effective regional sales and operations team.
• Establish and control a network of sales partners and distributors.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage large account relationships.
• Coordinate with pre-sales consultants and business lines to build a robust sales funnel.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in B2G or complex solution sales, ideally in identity, security, or IT systems.
• Proven track record in government tenders and large project sales within the MEA region.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including forecasting and margin management.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or French proficiency is a plus).
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
• Solid network and deep understanding of Middle East and Africa markets.
