What you will do

• Build and maintain a largely autonomous "Cleanroom" environment for ransomware protection and recovery.
• Deliver infrastructure improvements and developments in security, recovery, and automation.
• Optimize security across compute, storage, backup, and archive environments managing 21,000+ VMs and 20 PB of data.
• Work within an international Storage Services team to integrate security and engineering applications.
• Ensure Cleanroom systems strictly adhere to stringent security standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in VMware Aria Automation.
• Deep understanding of ransomware resilience, including recovery planning, immutable backups, and air gapping.
• Knowledge of security hardening best practices and RBAC/privilege management.
• Understanding of common malware techniques, attacker behavior, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with cryptography, certificate handling, secrets management, and network segmentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform.
• Familiarity with Ansible.
