Product Manager - Racing & Lottery Product Section, Racing & Lottery Development Department (RLD) (Racing & Lottery)

hirify.global develops and operates online betting and lottery services, including horse racing, cycle racing, toto, WINNER, and lottery ticket products with AI-powered prediction features.

What you will do

• Manage product construction and execution for hirify.global Keiba, hirify.global Kdreams, or hirify.global toto.
• Analyze markets, competitors, users, and product performance.
• Develop product strategy, KPIs, documentation, and roadmaps.
• Define system requirements and coordinate development with engineers and QA.
• Manage projects, bug triage, release decisions, and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a project leader or project manager for web applications.
• Knowledge of system development, especially PRDs, specifications, and upstream processes.
• Communication skills for negotiating and coordinating with departments and external parties.
• Business-level Japanese sufficient for professional conversation.
• TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent English ability.

Nice to have

• Experience managing teams of more than five people as a project manager.
• System development experience in any programming language.
• Experience building product strategies.
• PM or SE experience at an SIer.
