What you will do

• Own, optimize, and maintain the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules.
• Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and resolve functional issues.
• Lead implementation activities from requirements gathering to rollout.
• Support the implementation and potential ownership of Workday Scheduling.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure strong integration with other Workday modules and systems.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues.
• Experience with system testing and release management.
• Background working in global or multi-country environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Absence and Time Tracking module touchpoints and dependencies.
