What you will do

• Co-own demand generation across priority markets, specifically the UAE and KSA.
• Design and run an incrementality program featuring geo tests, holdouts, and lift studies.
• Personally design and deploy AI loops and automation systems to improve performance outcomes.
• Build and lead a small, senior, autonomous team of 1-2 growth specialists.
• Partner directly with the VP of Marketing, Product, and Data leaders to optimize the growth engine.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing ownership, including active campaign execution in the last 12 months.
• Fluency in incrementality, including the design of holdout tests and user-level lift studies.
• Experience with app-first or marketplace economics (install-to-repeat).
• Proven track record of deploying AI or automation systems that materially improved performance.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Dubai.

Nice to have

• Experience in scale-ups building growth systems from the ground up.
• Growth experience within the GCC or other emerging markets.
• Experience building Marketing Mix Models (MMM) or advanced measurement systems.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL or Python for data self-service.
