What you will do

• Execute monthly payroll processing for Bulgaria, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Manage monthly absence data, perform payroll reconciliations, and prepare accruals.
• Deliver all year-end payroll activities and maintain SOX-compliant controls.
• Support internal and external audits and tax activities, collaborating with NSSI and NRA.
• Respond to Finance and HR inquiries and prepare ad-hoc payroll reports.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of operational experience in Bulgarian payroll.
• Proficiency in Bulgarian and English.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to identify errors or exceptions and exercise professional judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience with payroll processing in other Eastern European countries.
• Experience with Workday or Strada.
