What you will do

• Proactively acquire new high-net-worth clients through external and internal professional networks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions and daily banking services.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design wealth management solutions covering asset management, credit, and succession planning.
• Monitor transactions and ensure compliance with regulations to mitigate credit, legal, and reputational risks.
• Adhere to organizational policies and standard operating procedures to maintain service quality.
• Implement ADCB service standards to deliver high-level customer service to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a relationship management role within a commercial or universal bank.
• Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients and executing complex transactions.
• Product knowledge in capital markets solutions, hedge funds, and private equity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong networking abilities and the capacity to use fact-based analysis to drive new concepts.
