What you will do

• Fast-track NTB (New to Bank) and enhancement credit requests, managing the full end-to-end approval and execution process.
• Provide transaction structuring advice to deliver tailored credit solutions in line with bank requirements.
• Critically assess CIBG NTB credit applications, performing detailed financial analysis and risk mitigation evaluations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for new clients to drive RAROC maximization.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, and Technology teams to implement process re-engineering and digital efficiencies to reduce turnaround times.
• Conduct client engagement alongside Relationship Managers to deeply understand credit needs.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in Banking.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis and knowledge of banking regulations regarding capital and liquidity.
• Analytical mindset and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
