What you will do

• Manage the full post-production workflow for podcast episodes and short-form video cutdowns, ensuring high-quality output and platform readiness.
• Transform long-form interviews into engaging short-form content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Execute advanced editing tasks including multi-camera synchronization, audio mixing, sound design, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with producers and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and distribution strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics such as retention and engagement to continuously improve editing strategies.
• Maintain post-production workflows and provide stylistic feedback to other editors and freelancers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in podcast and video editing, specifically with B2B content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) or similar professional tools.
• Proven experience creating high-performing content for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and motion design for professional audiences.
• Ability to interpret audience analytics to improve content engagement.
• Must be based in Brazil and available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
