What you will do

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings by integrating with banks and payment providers.
• Productize payment solutions including e-wallet, tokenized payments, and crypto-to-fiat flows for external partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize user journeys and backend automation for order processing and settlement.
• Own and improve operational metrics such as payment conversion rates.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to scale business operations.
• Assist external clients with API integration and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Must have relevant working experience in the Philippines banking, fintech, and payments landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, finance, or economics.
• Proven experience building end-to-end payment rails, including frontend flows, provider integrations, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to back up product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, compliance, and sales teams.
• Entrepreneurial drive and insatiable curiosity.
