What you will do

• Own and maintain the L3 Sales Hub product backlog, translating business requests into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate daily delivery activities across backend, web, mobile, QA, and UI/UX teams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate progress, risks, and roadmap updates to business stakeholders and vendor teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and coordinate UAT to ensure high-quality feature releases.
• Document processes and decision logs to maintain institutional knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or agile coordination.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hands-on experience with sprint-based delivery and multi-vendor environments.
• Understanding of POS systems and insurance distribution workflows.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and manage defect triage.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with agency management systems or insurance platforms.
