What you will do

• Develop monthly budgets and performance targets for the Cash Loan business.
• Formulate and execute business strategies to ensure alignment with growth targets.
• Define customer segmentation based on GMV potential, risk profiles, and profit contribution.
• Analyze disbursement trends and loan application performance to refine business strategies.
• Coordinate with Risk, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare periodic business performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Growth.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) in financial services industries.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• English: Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
