What you will do

• Analyze business processes and ensure comprehensive documentation is available.
• Develop and evaluate core operational processes, including target setting, incentive calculations, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with operations managers and stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives.
• Provide direction and guidance to junior team members.
• Oversee routine business processes to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Review and ensure deliverables from junior staff meet quality standards and are error-free.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Operation Excellence or Business Operations Improvements.
• Professional experience specifically within the financial industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and solve problems creatively.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
