The Exploration Company is developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle designed for cargo and human transport.
What you will do
- Define and maintain technical baselines for valves including requirements, architecture, and performance interfaces.
- Create CAD models, engineering drawings, and perform structural, fluidic, and magnetic analyses.
- Ensure compliance with NASA/ESA standards and define appropriate safety margins.
- Support engineering teams during design and development with a focus on valve interfaces.
- Assist the AIT team with integration, testing, and validation of propulsion systems.
- Analyze flight data and resolve abnormal fluid component behavior during operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in valve development for aerospace liquid propulsion.
- Strong understanding of solenoid, latching, and torque motor valves.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
