What you will do

• Review and improve existing warranty and maintenance processes to reduce costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Develop financial targets and planning infrastructure for extended warranty and maintenance subscription programs.
• Act as the central connection point between internal Product, Tech, Legal, and Finance teams and external partners.
• Execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to optimize product content and drive project rollouts across European subsidiaries.
• Implement cost-controlling procedures and design training materials for service offerings.

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of experience in automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management, preferably with an insurer or OEM captive.
• Proven track record of managing high-level stakeholders on an international scale.
• Degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance, or a comparable field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Must be based in Châtillon, France.
