ERP Administrator (Odoo)

What you will do

• Configure, test, and roll out Odoo features and modules.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and release notes for internal users.
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide guidance, and manage enhancements for end users.
• Analyze system interfaces between Odoo, MES, PLM, BI tools, and other operational systems.
• Contribute to ERP upgrade projects and process digitalization efforts.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Odoo ERP.
• Understanding of business processes in supply chain, manufacturing, finance, quality, or project management.
• Basic experience with Python or SQL (reading queries, simple scripts).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Understanding of APIs, ETL, or system integration concepts.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, aerospace, or other high-reliability industries.
• Experience writing functional specifications or user stories.
