What you will do

• Own the roadmap for embedding agentic AI solutions across the company, balancing product impact with architectural excellence.
• Translate high-level vision into a prioritized backlog of epics, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Partner daily with R&D to steer development, supporting sprint planning and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Serve as the primary authority for stakeholders, providing clarity on platform capabilities and framework logic.
• Foster continuous feedback loops between stakeholders and technical teams to enable rapid iteration.
• Enable other product teams by ensuring the AI platform is flexible and robust enough to support diverse functional needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical PM, or System Architect in a high-scale software environment.
• Meaningful experience with the modern GenAI stack, including LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, AWS preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.
