What you will do

• Own a product bet end-to-end, from initial idea to real-world usage by enterprise customers.
• Develop business cases that align product development with revenue and market positioning.
• Conduct fast prototyping with AI to validate concepts and gather user feedback.
• Define clear kill criteria and make data-driven decisions on product direction.
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure effective execution and roadmap transparency.
• Integrate UX design directly into the product specification process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B environments.
• Proven experience with large-scale, enterprise-grade platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills for technical, executive, and customer-facing audiences.
• Strong business-case thinking and ability to tie features to market impact.
• Active use of AI in daily workflows and deep curiosity about AI-driven software development.
• Sharp prioritization skills and the ability to defend decisions while remaining adaptable.
