What you will do

• Own and grow the TikTok account for the French market to take the channel to the next level.
• Identify current trends and create engaging content pieces independently or with the team.
• Act as one of the hirify.global Brand Faces, appearing frequently in front of the camera.
• Plan and implement creative content marketing initiatives and cross-departmental collaborations.
• Monitor TikTok KPIs, create performance reports, and translate insights into action points.
• Manage the full content creation process from idea to final edit using CapCut or similar tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 / Bac+4) in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related fields.
• Must be based in Paris or the surrounding area.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Passion for social and digital media with initial experience in video editing and account management.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and comfort being the face of the brand on camera.
• Genuine passion for food and a keen eye for aesthetics.
