Location: Must be based in or able to work from Prague, Czechia (Hybrid model: 4 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Lead creative development from initial strategy and concept through final execution.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including art directors, copywriters, and designers.
• Collaborate with account and strategy teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Present creative work with authority and passion to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee multiple projects while balancing hands-on concepting with high-level direction.
• Champion innovation and creative excellence across the agency.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of agency experience with a proven track record in creative leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating idea-driven, integrated work.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams through complex campaigns.
• Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of emerging media, culture, and creative technologies.
• Ability to manage client relationships and navigate feedback with diplomacy.
