What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end anti-fraud & investigation process.
• Liaise with the Head of Credit Ops and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain daily and weekly reporting.
• Develop fraud model prevention initiatives and support fraud loss recovery.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree in any major.
• At least 3 years of experience as a fraud analyst, internal audit, or risk policy in a bank/multifinance/fintech (preferably personal loan, retail loan, or credit card).
• Experience in field investigation.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Honest, conscientious, and responsible attitude.
