What you will do

• Build, integrate, and optimize ML/LLM pipelines for production environments.
• Implement techniques such as fine-tuning, prompting, quantization, and LoRA.
• Design and deploy end-to-end ML/LLM solutions from data preparation to production-grade APIs.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and MLOps to ensure system scalability and performance.
• Monitor model performance and maintain observability in production.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in ML engineering and production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Must be based in Poland for remote or hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience in prompt engineering.
• Building simple AI user interfaces using Streamlit or Gradio.
