What you will do

• Control the analysis phase of marketing automation projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and external vendors.
• Oversee planning and time expenditure to minimize administrative overhead for developers.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing and implementing CRM or marketing automation projects.
• Technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented architectures, and complex technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
