Location: Primary workplace is at the headquarters in either Aarhus (Viby J) or Copenhagen (Frederiksberg); 1-2 travel days per month are expected.

What you will do

• Outline and implement the business change management approach across local business units in alignment with the group framework.
• Support the onboarding of business leadership and staff to the digital transformation programme.
• Develop comprehensive business change and communication plans in collaboration with business units.
• Guide the business in the application of change management standards, tools, and reporting templates.
• Align training and upskilling needs across various local digital implementation projects.
• Co-create and continuously enhance group-wide business change management methods and governance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a change management professional in complex, international environments.
• Strong foundation in business change management methodologies with a focus on practical, implementable solutions.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of people, processes, and technology to create stakeholder buy-in.
• Clear and confident communication skills for engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive activities independently.
