What you will do

• Lead data platform migration and transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and external suppliers.
• Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and decision-making forums.
• Ensure successful transition from legacy platforms to modern data solutions.
• Report project status, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing complex IT and digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience leading data platform migration or modernisation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics environments, or data management solutions.
• Fluent Danish (written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Experience from the public sector or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, or master data initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
