What you will do
- Lead data platform migration and transformation projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and external suppliers.
- Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and decision-making forums.
- Ensure successful transition from legacy platforms to modern data solutions.
- Report project status, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing complex IT and digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience leading data platform migration or modernisation initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics environments, or data management solutions.
- Fluent Danish (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership teams.
Nice to have
- Experience from the public sector or highly regulated industries.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, or master data initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Experience working within structured governance and programme management frameworks.
