Training & Development Analyst

TL;DR

Training & Development Analyst (Technology): Supporting end users of technical systems and tools to ensure adoption and consistent use across the studio with an accent on gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and facilitating communication between users and developers. Focus on conducting story mapping sessions, managing product rollouts, and providing front-line technical support within a production environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hillsboro, OR (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Gather requirements and conduct story mapping sessions with users to create actionable user stories.
• Develop and deliver presentations for new product rollouts and feature updates.
• Document workflows and identify training needs for production teams.
• Conduct testing of new tools and verify performance on various operating systems.
• Report and track bugs while maintaining clear communication with users regarding system status.
• Create web-based resources including application guides, tutorials, and newsletters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional administrative or technical support experience.
• Experience with technology development, software lifecycles, and engineering terminology.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in feature animation or VFX production.
• Technical writing experience.
• Background in web development or video production.
