What you will do

• Plan, author, and maintain installation, administrator, and operator guides.
• Create troubleshooting-by-symptom runbooks for mission-critical environments.
• Develop training modules and job aids for various user personas.
• Operate within a Git-based documentation workflow using Markdown and static-site frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Organize technical information architecture to improve discoverability and reduce duplication.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience writing technical documentation for software platforms.
• Proficiency with Git-based workflows and modern documentation toolchains.
• Ability to interpret complex technical specs and design documents.
• Experience working in environments with high operational rigor (e.g., airgapped or regulated contexts).

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps, infrastructure, or Kubernetes-adjacent systems.
