What you will do
- Drive partner management and expansion in the tokenized RWA vertical.
- Define and execute ecosystem growth strategies to build awareness among TradFi audiences.
- Manage external partnership channels including content platforms and finance communities.
- Own the full lifecycle of high-value channel partners from sourcing to renewal.
- Represent the team at industry events and finance conferences.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in channel partnerships, KOL/IB management, or BD in fintech or crypto.
- Verifiable network of active finance/crypto KOLs and content partners.
- Deep understanding of traditional financial assets and asset tokenization.
- Strong commercial negotiation and incentive structuring skills.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (C1+).
- Ownership mindset with experience managing engagement targets.
Nice to have
- Dual networks spanning both TradFi and crypto-native communities.
- Experience with overseas Chinese-speaking diaspora communities.
- Hands-on experience designing referral mechanics and campaign incentive structures.
- Strong analytical foundation in funnel diagnostics and ROI modeling.
