What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements.
- Oversee and optimize industrial and manufacturing applications throughout their entire life cycle.
- Lead the definition and execution of the strategic application roadmap.
- Ensure all IT operations comply with GxP (Good Practice) regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of new technologies and manage these relationships.
- Document IT processes, operations, and configuration details for training and disaster recovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations within industrial environments, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience with IOT, industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, MES, or LIMS.
- Solid understanding of system integration and IT infrastructure management.
- Deep understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements.
- Must be based in or able to work in Stillwater, MN.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP.
- Expertise in MS Excel spreadsheet development and macros.
- Experience with data analytics and automation tools like Python or Power Automate.
