What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Oversee and optimize industrial and manufacturing applications throughout their entire life cycle.
• Lead the definition and execution of the strategic application roadmap.
• Ensure all IT operations comply with GxP (Good Practice) regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of new technologies and manage these relationships.
• Document IT processes, operations, and configuration details for training and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations within industrial environments, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience with IOT, industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, MES, or LIMS.
• Solid understanding of system integration and IT infrastructure management.
• Deep understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work in Stillwater, MN.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP.
• Expertise in MS Excel spreadsheet development and macros.
• Experience with data analytics and automation tools like Python or Power Automate.
