What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for DEX trading, including swaps, bridges, and limit orders.
• Partner with Growth & Operations to drive user acquisition, activation, and trading volume.
• Identify and prototype new product opportunities in DeFi using AI-augmented research.
• Lead end-to-end execution of features from PRDs and prototypes to launch.
• Define and monitor core product KPIs using AI-assisted SQL and data analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, with 2+ years in consumer-facing crypto or DeFi.
• Deep understanding of the DEX stack including AMMs, order books, and MEV.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to write SQL queries independently.
• Power user of modern AI tools for research, prototyping, and data analysis.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.

Nice to have

• Experience at a leading DEX, Aggregator, or Bridge (e.g., Uniswap, Jupiter, 1inch).
• Demonstrable track record as a heavy DeFi user or protocol contributor.
• Familiarity with intent-based architectures and emerging DeFi primitives.
