What you will do

• Provide friendly and effective IT support to the Tbilisi team both in-person and remotely.
• Set up, maintain, and secure laptops, desktops, and other user devices.
• Support local office infrastructure and manage user accounts, access, and basic security settings.
• Configure and troubleshoot AV equipment for internal meetings, all-hands, and external events.
• Document solutions to common issues and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with global IT teammates and local Operations/HR on technical needs.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on IT Support experience.
• Basic knowledge of networks and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency, written and spoken.
• Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting AV/conferencing equipment.
• Strong communication and logical problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or trading domains.
• Familiarity with hirify.global as a product.
• Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune) or endpoint management.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
