What you will do

• Develop strategies to boost trading bot volume and user acquisition.
• Design efficient trading bots tailored to specific market conditions based on user needs.
• Conduct user research and competitor assessments to identify innovation opportunities and improve retention.
• Advocate for robust engineering solutions and scalable product architecture.
• Manage project scopes and timelines with a focus on quick iterations and impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in the crypto or internet industry.
• Strong grasp of strategy design and backend logic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to take project ownership, work independently, and apply strong logical thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience in Crypto, FX, or Stocks trading, including quant trading, bot trading, or technical analysis.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Fluency in Mandarin for collaboration with teams in the Greater China Region.
