What you will do

• Serve as technical lead and escalation point for SCCM and Intune, diagnosing and remediating endpoint and infrastructure misconfigurations, communication breakdowns, and platform instabilities.
• Coordinate complex system upgrades and patch deployments, acting as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Create internal tools and develop automation scripts to support enterprise infrastructure operations and administration.
• Plan, manage, and forecast system resources; evaluate and recommend purchases; lead selection of tools and development of supporting processes.
• Lead the design of disaster/system recovery and testing, including backup plan consultation for future state.
• Partner with development and business user teams to understand requirements and support adoption of new technologies for enterprise infrastructure enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to maintain certificate-based authentication between on-prem and cloud environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Occasional travel may be required.
