TL;DR

HR Supervisor (HR Operations): Leading and supporting a high-performing HR Shared Services team focused on the delivery of accurate HR transactions and employee inquiries. Focus on driving operational excellence through KPI monitoring, HRIS data integrity, and continuous process improvement.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office), Mexico City

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Tier 1 HR Shared Services team, ensuring accurate handling of transactions and inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance standards, and service delivery controls.
  • Manage escalated HR issues in collaboration with Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation stakeholders.
  • Oversee HR systems and employee data integrity, supporting HR technology updates and testing.
  • Coach and develop team members through performance evaluations and knowledge development.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a Shared Services, Service Center, or Contact Center environment.
  • Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS platforms.
  • Bilingual or Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in Mexico City.
