• Support process improvements and maintain accurate employee files and information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in HR activities or Customer Service.
• Advanced English skills (C1) are mandatory for supporting U.S. employees and managers.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
