What you will do

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot for backend and React for frontend.
• Migrate enterprise contact center platforms from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions (Cloud Foundry/OCP).
• Architect and implement microservices and custom middleware to bridge product gaps.
• Integrate enterprise systems such as Workday and Verint for workforce and performance management.
• Build event-driven and real-time data streaming architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 5–7 years of hands-on Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, React, microservices architecture, and Apache Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native deployment on Cloud Foundry or OpenShift (OCP).
• Must be based in Irving, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Chandler, AZ.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex multi-tier enterprise applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or agent creation.
• Prior experience in contact center technology development or support.
