TL;DR

Analytics Project Leader (Data Analytics): Delivering data-driven insights to support Rental and BCP Growth Plans with an accent on translating complex analytical findings into actionable business strategies. Focus on partnering with dealers and cross-functional teams to develop analytics tools and drive performance improvements.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Peoria, IL or Irving, TX (Onsite 5 days/week)

Salary: $112,710 - $169,060

What you will do

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for enterprise leadership and dealers.
• Identify data discrepancies, patterns, and trends across enterprise and dealer network datasets.
• Serve as a primary analytics partner to project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure analytical solutions directly support business decision-making for growth projects.
• Develop analytics tools and solutions in partnership with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Peoria, IL or Irving, TX.
• Must work onsite five days a week.
• Intermediate to advanced Power BI skills.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL and relational database expertise.
• Strong experience in business data analysis and research.
• Ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytical programming tools like Python or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or statistics.
• Knowledge of product/solution design and requirements analysis.
