What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for AI and agent platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception through launch.
• Develop success metrics and conduct data analysis to measure and improve product performance.
• Collaborate with UX teams to ensure optimal user experience across various surfaces.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Science, Engineering, Design, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Must have current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, or mathematics.
• 5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellence in written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field.
• Experience with conversational AI, voice-based products, or Deep Learning.
• Strong technical understanding of ML/AI concepts, particularly NLP and LLMs.
• Track record of innovation and zero-to-one product development.
