What you will do
- Drive the product roadmap for AI and agent platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception through launch.
- Develop success metrics and conduct data analysis to measure and improve product performance.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure optimal user experience across various surfaces.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Science, Engineering, Design, and Legal teams.
Requirements
- Must have current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, or mathematics.
- 5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
- Excellence in written and verbal communication.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field.
- Experience with conversational AI, voice-based products, or Deep Learning.
- Strong technical understanding of ML/AI concepts, particularly NLP and LLMs.
- Track record of innovation and zero-to-one product development.
