TL;DR

Location: Hybrid approach in the US (Kansas City, MO or Chicago, IL), with teams in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do

  • Concept, design, and execute omni-channel campaigns for ambitious clients.
  • Drive ideation and proactively push creative boundaries to challenge conventions.
  • Collaborate with partners, clients, strategy teams, and global network experts.
  • Own projects, client meetings, and productions from start to finish.
  • Manage weekly workflows and provide mentorship to junior Creatives.
  • Craft compelling narratives for client presentations and campaign launches.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an advertising agency, in-house creative group, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing award-winning creative work and successful omni-channel projects.
  • Expertise in digital, broadcast, and social media execution.
  • Ability to handle high-volume environments with rapid turnaround times.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity from Kansas City or Chicago.
