What you will do

• Implement cross-venue liquidity strategies with a focus on market microstructure, order book dynamics, and execution optimization.
• Architect and build low-latency trading systems that execute strategies across CeFi and DeFi venues simultaneously.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant trading infrastructure capable of handling 24/7 crypto market operations.
• Develop robust monitoring, alerting, and auto-recovery systems for trading operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Rust or C++.
• Deep understanding of market making concepts, including spread modeling, inventory management, and order flow toxicity.
• Strong experience building high-performance, low-latency distributed systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/UDP optimization, and WebSocket connections.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, AliCloud, or GCP.
• Experience with backtesting frameworks and strategy simulation.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in proprietary trading, market making, or quantitative research roles.
• Experience building and maintaining trading infrastructure at scale.
