What you will do

• Manage and coordinate AI security risk assessments and control effectiveness.
• Design and implement management reporting and dashboards for AI security.
• Support operational planning and communication of AI Security Strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in AI security policies and procedures.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders and share AI security knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as per US Export Administration Regulations.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Cybersecurity, IT, Data Science & AI).
• 4-9 years of professional experience in security, IT auditing, or ISMS.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Strong knowledge of AI security technologies and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2).
• On-site work in Veldhoven, Netherlands is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with security baselines and assessments at tactical level.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
