What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the in vitro immune disease assay and screening platform.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide scientific leadership and guidance across projects to foster innovation and ensure scientific rigor.
• Monitor emerging scientific trends and breakthroughs in immune diseases to recommend new capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align strategies across the organization.
• Support business development and marketing efforts through scientific presentations and proposal contributions.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biology, Pharmacology, or related discipline with a focus on immune and autoimmune diseases.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a strategic or leadership role within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong scientific background demonstrated through a publication record in immune diseases.
• Hands-on experience with in vitro assay development, validation, and data analysis in drug discovery.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Must be based in the United States.
