What you will do

• Collaborate with Producers and Supervisors to build and maintain detailed production schedules.
• Track progress across departments like Modeling, Animation, and Lighting using Shotgrid and Flow.
• Manage team attendance, studio hours, and vacation requests in coordination with HR.
• Oversee time sheet collection and coding to ensure accurate payroll submissions.
• Identify schedule risks and proactively suggest workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports highlighting accomplishments and bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in production management or coordination within animation or VFX.
• Proficiency with production tracking tools such as Shotgrid/Shotgun or Flow.
• Exceptional scheduling and time-management skills for handling multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
