Salary: €3,700–€4,800 Gross/month

What you will do

• Review data work produced by other teams to ensure accuracy and catch shaky reasoning before major decisions are made.
• Build automated test datasets and reusable quality checks to scale governance across the organization.
• Own complex, high-risk analytical projects from start to finish.
• Establish standards for data quality and governance across global operations.
• Mentor non-technical teams, particularly Editorial, on responsible AI tool usage and data literacy.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data quality roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for reading, debugging, and optimizing code.
• Deep understanding of statistics and a sharp QA instinct for identifying methodology errors.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and automated data tools.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with GCP and cloud data platforms.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.
• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n.
• Background in high-volume environments like social media or web analytics.
