What you will do

• Lead the UAT testing stream and coordinate testing activities across global teams.
• Prepare local test scenarios aligned with global standards.
• Monitor testing progress, report status, and manage risks and escalations.
• Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact between local business stakeholders and global teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including UAT involvement.
• Proven experience in a Test Lead, Test Manager, or UAT Coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of UAT processes and test lifecycle management.
• Experience working with HR or enterprise systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams in a global, matrix environment.
