Lead Testing Services Consultant (Fintech)

TL;DR

Lead Testing Services Consultant (Fintech): Analyzing complex business requirements and leading testing delivery across client engagements in investment management systems with an accent on functional testing, project leadership, and client collaboration. Focus on managing incidents, backlogs, delivery plans, and acting as subject matter expert on testing processes.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (2 days in office, 3 days remote), occasional remote work across Poland available (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year)

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios for functional testing
• Execute, document test cases, manage incidents, and provide reporting
• Collaborate with functional teams, delivery teams, and client stakeholders
• Lead meetings, manage backlog, prioritize tasks, and plan team activities
• Own Annual Delivery Plan, forecast capacity, monitor progress, and report to leadership
• Identify risks and dependencies, act as testing processes expert, support team in critical phases

Requirements

• Fluent English (minimum B2)
• 4+ years in software testing, experience as testing lead
• Combine leadership with hands-on testing in Agile environments
• Familiarity with ISTQB principles
• Knowledge of financial instruments, direct client experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills

• Tools: Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Code
• Languages: C# (OOP), PowerShell (scripting)
