What you will do

• Complete three six-month rotations across analytical (risk, growth, fraud) or operational (BizOps, Funding, FinCrime, FP&A) teams.
• Work on real projects that directly impact customers and solve actual business problems.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization.
• Apply academic knowledge in mathematics, economics, or science to financial services.

Requirements

• Graduate (2025 or 2026) in Maths, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Must be based in or able to work from London (Moorgate office 3-4 days a week).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity to figure out how systems work.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently as a self-starter.
